As you read this, thousands of people are taking to the streets of Chicago in one of the most popular marathons in the world. Commonly used as a qualifier for other marathons, Chicago draws some of the largest crowds and top running talent from around the world. This year my wife, Amy will be one of them.
She's worked her butt off for the last 5 months and is now ready to kick some serious asphalt. I couldn't be more proud of her. She dedicated herself and stuck with it through rain or shine. Her determination and positive attitude have been a great example of what she is capable of when she puts her mind to it.
To Amy and all the other runners out there (Phil, Lisa, and the gang at Mission Church), best of luck and go get 'em!
